The purpose of the Joint Action Plan is to successfully align the client's processes with 2W Tech's processes to ensure a successful project.
Start with the end in mind. When do they want to be live in their environment with this solution? Then ensure you understand everything the client needs to do in order to sign an SOW with 2W. Map out those steps and our 2W steps together and shows how we can deliver for them.
