An exchange student has arrived after hours at Traditions West they call the RD on duty. They have come directly from the airport.
Check them in and email the CC of the residential space. Let them know to set up a test time for the next day.

What is call up and consult with the CC on call, email the center CC regarding the ERC with details and ask the RA to issues access card if in the towers/colleges, after locating a room on the Room change log.
Complete a Starez back-up form if at Traditions and issue a key.
Fire alarms are going off at Couch on one specific floor, what is the process.
What is to get clarification of where? Make sure the PPs have notified OUPD and maintenance. Go put eyes on the situation, and call up to report to the CC. If evacuation is needed or occurring when you get there, assist with that. Stay until the all-clear is given.
A UWC student has arrived at the colleges after hours, and you get the call to relay the process

Make sure help has arrived, make your way to the scene, when you get there gather as many details as possible and call up. Make sure the resident has shoes, a jacket, and their phone. Relay this information to the CC as well as where they are being transported. Try and collect information from by-standers regarding the incident.

Physical Altercation at Traditions
Get on the scene as soon as possible and call OUPD, stop crowds from forming, and then collect information from bystanders. Call the CC on call and email the CC of the residential location.
We have a fan-coil issue at Adams reported.
Contact student and let them know We will temp move them to the 200 rms in Adams if available. Coordinate key pick up with the displaced student. Offer them dolly/cart. Let student know that the Mx will take up to two weeks max. If belongings are damaged they can file a report with risk management by calling 405-521-4999. Let the student know that, for their safety, they are not to return to their original space between 7am-7pm. Adams CC will contact them and let them know when Mx is done and when they can move back. Email CC of the residential space and call-up to notify CC on duty.

Head to complex, tower ASAP. Call OUPD and CC on duty to explain situation. OUPD is trained to handle the situation and will know what to do. As an RD, your job is to determine if resident needs any other assistance aside from what OUPD can do for them (transport, etc)
