You take a call and there are no customers currently connected to the sector, what do you do?
- Contact your supervisor and/or George and Dallin, and let them know you are going to be rebooting a sector and sending the logs over.
- Screenshot the dashboard before you reboot it.
- Open the log (scroll/paper icon in the bottom left of the dashboard); copy and past the log to a text document and save it to your desktop.
- Reboot the sector. REBOOT. Do NOT RESET. I repeat. You are REBOOTING the sector. DO NOT RESET.
- Start drafting your email. You just need to send it to Julissa, Eric and Vince. Subject is "[sector] Reboot" (Substitute "sector" for the sector you are rebooting such as "ShelleyButte 118.45 Reboot". Just a brief explanation is all that's needed as well. "Sector had no customers online. Here are logs and screenshots before and after reboot".
- When the sector comes back up, screenshot the dashboard showing all customers connected.
- Attach screenshots and text log to your email. Include in your email anything out of the ordinary, such as poor signals, or less customers online than should be on the sector.
- Send email, and double check that the number of customers online matches the number of customers according to the management sheet.

Explain airMAX Priority?
It defines the number of time slots (or amount of airtime) assigned to each client. By default, the AP gives all active clients the same amount of time. However, if the clients are configured with different priorities, the AP will give clients more or less time, depending on the priority. For the best performance, an airMAX network whose clients have the best signals should receive the higher priorities, while clients with poorer signals should have less/no priority.
