Get some clean clothes from your backpack or from the teacher and change.
When we want to hug or touch someone, what do we need to ask for?
Consent.

Ask them if they can let you focus since you are busy.

After coming inside from different area, before and after eating and after using the bathroom (+ of course if you get them dirty).

In the same condition as you got them (if not better!)
If you are having a hard time paying attention in class, what are some things that can help you focus?
Fidgit toys, headphones/ear muffs, dividers, and in special cases asking if you can use miss Claras office.

Talk to a teacher about the situation
