On a graph, a line that intersects the x-axis. Algebraically, the value(s) where f(x) = 0
Zeros
A graph of connected lines or curves
Continuous graph
The set of all x-values in the function
Domain
A set of ovals with arrows that show how each element of the domain relates to each element of the range
Mapping
A graph consisting of distinct, individual points.
Discrete Graph
A relation where the x-values DO NOT repeat
Function
A way of renaming an equation by replacing y with f(x)
