Turn off lights, TV, fans, etc.
Dust the board.
Return material (DVDs, books, etc) to the Teacher's Lounge.

What is the matter with rules such as "respect others" and "have fun"?

"Respect others" is not specific and could mean different things to different students.
"Have fun" is not a rule, but a consequence of following the rules.
