What is the importance of Welcome Class?
It's your first contact with the students, a moment for you to get to know them and for them to get to know you. First class is when you set the tone for the rest of the year.

What is the importance of We Rule?
It's how you can make sure there is mutual respect, guarantee classes will be fun and everyone will be safe.
Who is responsible for the classroom and what should be done after class is over?
The teacher is responsible.
Turn off lights, TV, fans, etc.
Dust the board.
Return material (DVDs, books, etc) to the Teacher's Lounge.
What campaign do we have in order to promote EATW and what do we take into consideration?
Fluency Campaign. We evaluate effort.
What is the matter with rules such as "respect others" and "have fun"?
"Respect others" is not specific and could mean different things to different students.
"Have fun" is not a rule, but a consequence of following the rules.
How can a teacher know everything that there is in the Teacher's Lounge?
By using, exploring and getting familiar with it.
