In 2020, Heather and the rest of the AC group flexed into a variety of challenges and business changes due to the pandemic. Some of those challenges included COVID form tracking, constantly shifting travel requirements from state to state, essential worker letters, emergency licensing processes, telemedicine process, and electronic signatures.
Due to the increased number of assignments shifting to telemedicine on REI and RIO, Heather was instrumental at helping divisional leaders develop, test and implement the telemedicine process to the rest of the locums division. Her foresight and eye for detail were the catalyst for that entire process.
