Inform the customer that we are able to send the item in for REPAIR, and that the process has a 2-3 week turnaround time. Use a repair form to fill out for the customer, and enter the information to "Fine Jewelry Repairs" in the bookmarks bar. Attach pictures. Send this back to the Studio, Attn: Brenna. ***We do not issue 1:1 replacements for fine jewelry***
