Ask the customer for the unique code that they received. Apply the discount under "Apply Discount Code". The customer must have a unique code generated from us in order to receive the discount (i.e., no manual discounts). If they do not have a code, let them know that the person who referred them must have made a purchase in order to receive the $20 off coupon.

A customer comes in with a fine jewelry piece that is broken. How do you proceed?
Inform the customer that we are able to send the item in for REPAIR, and that the process has a 2-3 week turnaround time. Use a repair form to fill out for the customer, and enter the information to "Fine Jewelry Repairs" in the bookmarks bar. Attach pictures. Send this back to the Studio, Attn: Brenna. ***We do not issue 1:1 replacements for fine jewelry***
