Three if there is a holiday, most patients come in Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to pick up medications.

Actual Diversion results in decrease to daily (losing medication; over taking/ under taking medication) 

Positive for Alcohol results in code decrease to daily

You are also likely to be decreased to daily if you are arrested or placed on an M1 Hold

Call the Diversion Line daily; communicate with nursing staff that you have a diversion or UA hold and your assigned counselor the dates you will be gone, hold on to your travel receipts.
