Every day at 10 AM or 1 PM (depending on what time you have rec), 3 PM, and 7 PM (If we are not watching a movie)

Sign it out on white board, do not leave it unattended, you may not give it to a friend or roommate when you are done with it, turn it in directly to a staff do not leave it on the desk when turning it in. (other answers may  be accepted). Having one electronic checked out at a time.
