A customer may say they completed the course and a survey and cannot get their completion certificate, it is asking them to review again, how would you help?

The customer will need to go to their eLearning account, click on the survey icon, complete OUR survey and they can get their completion certificate. There is another survey at the end of the course that is for the program, Survey Monkey; Customer must have completed that.

Can the online portion of HeartCode ACLS be accessed after students successfully complete it?

Yes, students may access all material included in the online portion of HeartCode ACLS program for 24 months following initial activation of their course.
