How do I send additional gifts from a scheduled campaign?

To send additional gifts, simply follow the steps below:

1) Go to the send gifts tab of your dashboard (the tiny present icon)

2) Select the correct campaign from the campaigns drop-down

3) Add your recipient(s). If they aren't already added to the dashboard, you can press the tiny (+) plus sign to add them on the spot.

4) You won't need to make any changes to the budget or collection, and you can leave the greeting message field blank. It will pull all of the same details from your campaign and you can verify the details in the preview gift before pressing send.

Can we combine multiple collections / Can we offer more than one collection to a recipient?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. We try to keep a certain amount of items in the Collections, as we've seen that too many and too few options can lead to a negative recipient experience. Our Collections are built out in a way so that they include a wide variety of items, to ensure all recipients will find a gift that's exciting to them!

Once a campaign has been made, can I go in and change the type?

At this time, we cannot edit a campaign type once it has been created. To go about this, you will need to create a new campaign with the correct type. Please let me know if I can assist you in doing this in any way!

Can Snappy submit invoices in other payment terms besides USD?

We currently only invoice in USD but we will likely start offering other currencies soon!

Will the Recipient be notified once I expire a gift?

No, the recipient will simply not be able to claim the gift as it will no longer be active.

How to update recipient info and resend gift?

To update, you can navigate to the “Recipients” tab within your account. This is the 4th option down on the left-hand side of the account. Once there, you can select the pencil icon under “Actions” beside their name. You can type the updated info on that screen and select “Update Recipient”.

 

Now that you’ve successfully updated the recipient’s info, the last step would be to resend the gift! You can resend the gift by going to the Dashboard tab in the top left corner of your screen. From here, you simply hover over the recipient and select the envelope icon to resend the rift”. Keep in mind that the recipient’s old email address will still appear. Rest assured, the recipient will be notified at the newly updated email address!

Can recipients choose 2 $25 gifts if they were given a $50 budget?

Unfortunately, recipients are not able choose more than one gift. The recipient does not see that the budget of the gifts and our options are built on a range. For example, even though you've selected $50 as the maximum budget, they will still have the option to choose a gift that is actually $45.

How do I send retroactive gifts for my campaign?

If you only have a few to send, 

1) Go to the send gifts tab of your dashboard (the tiny present icon)

2) Select the correct campaign from the campaigns drop-down

3) Add your recipient(s). If they aren't already added to the dashboard, you can press the tiny (+) plus sign to add them on the spot.


If you have a lot of retroactive gifts to send, we can help facilitate the send on our side.

Can recipients combine the budget of two Snappy gifts to claim one larger budget gift? / Can someone accumulate gifts?

Recipients currently cannot combine more than one gift. However, a workaround for this is, as an admin, you can expire their original gift links and send them a new gift with the combined total as the new budget.

Is there a way for me to delete all the recipients currently in my recipient list, other than hitting the 'trash can' icon on each individual person?

There isn't currently a way to remove Recipients in bulk through the Dashboard, but I'm excited to tell you it's a new feature that will be released in the next couple of months! To best assist here, I will have your dedicated Customer Success Manager reach out and they can have the Snappy Operations team update this on your behalf!

How do I know if a gift bounced back?

If a gift email bounces, traditionally the "Sent At" date via the Gifts table would not populate. If a date is marked, this means the gift email was successfully sent!

I want all the Thank You Notes exported. Where can I do this?

To export your Thank You notes from a specific campaign, simply go to your Campaigns tab, hover over the “...” button of the campaign, and select “View Report.” From there, click on the button that says “Export to PDF,” and a PDF of the report will be downloaded that not only details your wonderful Recipients and their chosen gifts, but also their Thank You Notes as well! :)


To export the Thank You notes from all campaigns, please visit the Homepage of your Dashboard and click on the blue “Export” button. Your detailed report will then be sent to your email, and the Thank You notes section will exist in the last few columns. Have fun reading!

Does Snappy send reminders to those who have not yet claimed gifts? If so, what is the cadence?

Yes! Reminder 1: 24hrs, Reminder 2: 48hrs, Reminder 3: 5 days, Reminder 4: 14 days, Reminder 5: 4-weeks, Reminder 6: 6-weeks

Can we have another account with a different CC for payments?

Snappy can utilize one payment method per Account, so we would need to open up a new Account on your Dashboard for this. If you could reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, they will be able to assist further with this request!

Is there a way to send a link to a recipient for them to claim their gift? I've tried resending to their email, but the Recipient continues to not receive it anywhere.

Within the Homepage of the Dashboard, you should see a blue “Export” button to the bottom right near our Gifts table. Once selected, you will be able to download an Excel report of the data and under the very last columns, you'll be able to collect the direct gifts links. From here, you can copy the link and send it to that specific Recipient!

How can I see how much money in gifts one of our employees has been sent?

If you head over to the Homepage of your Dashboard, you can filter by typing in a specific Recipient name. This will populate the gift data table with all sent gifts to this person, with insights including the budget sent with each gift! You may choose to download this data into an organized spreadsheet for further insights by using the blue 'export' button located on the right-hand side above the Gifts Table.
