What is COBRA?
COBRA (Ensures health coverage continues after qualifying event for 18-36 months) initial notice must be sent upon plan enrollment, COBRA Election notice must be offered within 44 days of termination (+25 other notices in between), all must be sent via certified mail. Monitored/fined by the IRS or ERISA.
