2nd Honor Code results in:

Strike 3 results in this:
What is the same as Two, plus the Phoenix is sent home, and may return to the community on a core day after recommitting to the contract by writing a letter explaining how they will chose to be a positive contribution.
3rd Honor Code Results in:
The Hero is asked to leave the tribe for the rest of the year. They may reapply the following year should they chose to do so.
