The principle that a person's nationality at birth is determined by the territory within which he or she was born

What are Natural Rights?
The right of a government or its agent to expropriate private property for public use, with payment of compensation.
What is the Eminent Domain?
Any right that is not specifically addressed in the Constitution still may be protected (e.g., privacy)
