1. Quarter of LDW on Previous Claim
2. Quarter of LDW on New Claim
3. Add All Wages On WGE2 or UBTB After the LDW on Prev Claim and through (including) LDW Quarter of New Claim
4. Multiply The Previous Claims Weekly Rate by 10
5. Determine if Claimant Made more than 10xbr or less
