They both require employability skills.

They both require teamwork to efficiently make a cake or building. They also require organizational skills to properly make their cakes/buildings. For example, the builders need to have all their wood in one place, or in small groups depending on how large the building is. The bakes need to know where all their ingredients are, so that they don't mix, for example, flour and corn starch.

They don't have enough money, or they didn't get enough business. They maybe didn't reach their target audience, or they weren't making enough profit to sustain the business.

Their businesses might fail, some risks that they take might fail and make their entire business collapse. They also may not have a set paycheck, and they have to adapt extremely easily to new challenges. Everything they worked for could just end up breaking apart. They also could go bankrupt. Sometimes they get business proposals that they could end up regretting that they accepted/ that they didn't accept.
