The forth step is drawing conclusion where you can come to a conclusion based on your research. The fifth step is evaluating conclusion where all of your work can go under review.

There are many different and unique sections to the brain that help us in our everyday life. The frontal lobe lets us know what is right from wrong and determines similarities and differences. The frontal lobe is able to help us accomplish tasks by making decisions. The parietal lobe is used for integrating sensory information. The parietal lobe is able to help us by reacting to senses. Without these brain sections we would not be able to complete these tasks.

Unconscious bias is biases that we have that are not in conscious control. An example of unconscious bias is preferring more beautiful people over less attractive people. Another example of unconscious bias is gender as one may prefer one gender over the other. There is no doubt that we make unconscious bias decisions everyday. Unconscious bias could be connected to prejudice, discrimination, and racism is the person making these decisions are unaware. However, if they are aware about making these decisions then it can't be connected to unconscious bias.
