What is mental health?
Mental health is how you are feeling emotionally. How your feeling, if your anxious, nervous, scared or happy.
What is physical health?
Physical health is how your body is physically doing. Are you in shape, good in weight, or obese and out of shape.
How to stay healthy?
Wash your hands, don't touch you eyes, mouth, nose, or ears. Stay away from sick people, don't touch the ground, or dirty things. Wear warm clothes when cold outside.
What do drugs do?
They change how you think, how you act, they take control over your body.
Social health is being in the public and communicating with people. Making friends, and talking to people are all social things.
How to help mental health?
See a therapist, talk to your family and friends about how you feel, keep a journal, stay off social media, play sports or be in a club, talk to people about how you feel. You can talk to a counselor, family friend, best friends, teacher, grandparent, or aunt or uncle.
How to stay physically healthy?
Play sports, be on a diet, work out, watch what you eat, drink water, keep track of your carbs, do yoga, play sports, go for walks or runs, walk your dog.
