How do I attach an document to an email directly from Teams?
Compose a new email in outlook
Click on Attachments
Click on Browse this pc
Paste https://sdcountycagov.sharepoint.com/sites/PSG-EMS-CredentialingTeam/Shared Documents/Credentialing Team into the address bar and click on the arrow to the right of the address bar.
You should not have to do this every time. Once you do this process once, the teams folder should automatically show up as an option in outlook.
Navigate from here to the file you want to attach, select it, and click insert.
This will bring up a window. Click Attach as Copy.
