You are then told by your superior leaders to become the squadron's drill cadet. The next week, while doing drill, the flight performs with many errors, and they blame it on you. How would you respond? Should you give up this opportunity?
Answers may vary.
Ex: We all have our bad days, but when one teammate fails, the entire team fails. This does not mean we can ignore our Core Values of Respect and Excellence. We are all at fault for our own performance and by others, because we are team. You should not give up this opportunity to lead. This is once in a lifetime opportunity, that should not be wasted. Taking this opportunity shows that you represent the Core Values of Integrity and Volunteer Service.
