What is a Registry Identification Card?
The agency that oversees hemp growers.
What is the ODA?
Main database that stores grow site locations, past and present.
What is OMMG?
You must submit inventory and transfers by the tenth of each month, even if you have no inventory or transfers.
What is OMMOS reporting?
The OLCC’s system for tracking the transfer of marijuana items and other information as authorized by ORS 475C.177.
What is the Cannabis Tracking System or CTS
The agency that approves labeling on cannabis products.
What is the OLCC?
Database that patients use to apply online or growers use to report grow site inventory and transfers.
What is OMMOS?
Recreational growers or OMMP registered growers with 3 or more patients.
What is CTS reporting?
A marijuana plant that is not flowering.
What is immature marijuana plant?
The agency that oversees testing of cannabis in Oregon.
What is the OHA?
Database that is used to record inspections.
What is OMMI?
The method a grower uses when required to report in OMMOS but does not have access to a computer or the internet.
What is manual reporting?
A document, as described in ORS 475C.798 signed and dated by a patient, assigning a patient’s right to possess seeds, immature marijuana plants and usable marijuana to a PRMG.
What is a Personal Agreement?
The agency that licenses scales for all grow sites in Oregon.
What is the ODA?
Database used by DOR and OLCC to view participant and grow site data.
What is Partners?
A patient growing only for themselves at their residence where less than 12 mature plants and 24 immature plants are being grown and no transfers are occurring.
What is exempt from reporting?
A cannabinoid edible and any other product intended for human consumption or use, including a product intended to be applied to a person’s skin or hair, that contains cannabinoids or dried leaves or flowers of marijuana.
What is a Medical Cannabinoid Product?
The agency that issues a marijuana worker permit.
What is the OLCC?
System that staff use to record all law enforcement inquiries.
What is LADL?
Three of the six required monthly tracking and reporting fields growers must complete in OMMOS.
