“Educational event that recognizes excellence in the NC 4-H Electric Program and rotates from each region of the state yearly”

This officer keeps the community informed and interested in current club activities.
What is the Reporter?
This is needed to start the process of voting on an action.
What is "making a motion"?
Largest youth organizations in the United States with more than 7 million participants?
What is 4-H?
“A workforce development and college prep program where participants compete for scholarships to national events”
What is AIRE?
“Annual educational event sponsored by the 4-H Youth Development Department at N.C. State University and planned by the State 4-H Council where participants from all over NC meet for a week in Raleigh”
What is Congress?
