When does summer reading begin and end?
It begins on the last day of school this June and ends on September 1st.
What is the first thing to do if you come to the library without an adult?
Sign in at the Children's Desk or the Reference Desk (at the top of the stairs).
What is Beanstack?
Beanstack is a way to log your reading electronically and earn virtual badges.
What books & other materials count for summer reading?
All print materials, including graphic novels, magazines and stories that one listens to or reads to someone else.
How long can you check out items on your library card?
Almost all materials check out for two weeks. Movies check out for one week.

Either use a paper or electronic (Beanstack) log. You record the time spent reading and a title.
