Describe the difference between Willfulness and Willingness.
Willfulness- refusing to tolerate a situation or giving up, trying to change a situation that can not be changed, or refusing to change something that must be changed.
Willingness- allowing the world to be what it is and participating in it fully, listening to/using your wise mind, and being effective.
It forces us to think about what would happen if we acted on certain behaviors or urges and imagine would happen if we resisted them. It helps us be more mindful of our decision making and therefore less impulsive.
