No, foods may not be mixed w/ meds/vaccine/supplies.
Any refrigerator for food must be labeled "For Staff Use Only".
Are cardboard shipping boxes allowed to be stored in logistics, patient treatment areas, or sterile supply?
No, cardboard boxes must be broken down and disposed of immediately upon arrival.
Where is the crash cart located and what is the first step when grabbing the crash cart during a code?
Unplug it!

What do you do if you have a needle stick?
Wash the area with soap and water, report to your supervisor, and go to the ED. The supervisor initiates BBP packet and Form 141. Have the patient source (if applicable) remain in place so that labs may be drawn.
Site-procedure verification, site marking, and time out (verbally confirm correct patient, site, and procedure).
