Hybrid
It's this time of day that Job Leaders must approve timesheets after the last day of the work period.

It’s the increment of time that all work must be recorded in (unless otherwise specified in a task authorization or contract).
Quarter-hour increments (i.e., rounded to the closest .25-hour increment)
Volunteer activities, training towards a degree program, and normal commuting time are considered this type of activity and may not be recorded in a timesheet.
Non-work activities
It's required when making a correction to the amount of time or charge number in a current timesheet period.
Explanation
Employees who primarily work at a Booz Allen facility or client site are considered this type of work model.
Full-Time Onsite
In a Job Leader's absence, this person can be delegated to review and approve timesheets
Their current Job Leader (or their Job Leader’s Job Leader)
All current members of the ETSS QAQC team are considered this employee time-type.
Hourly/salaried
Use any of these resources to report reasonable suspicion or code violations.
Corrections can be made to your timesheets up to this number of prior reporting periods.

This column on your timesheet, previously labeled “Work Location” in TOL, indicates where you perform your work.

If the Deltek Time system is unavailable or the Booz Allen employee does not have access to the system, employees must take this step.

Timesheets that have gone through this process are reviewed and approved by the employee’s Job Leader before they are posted during Labor Close.
