Note: You can update after completing a task each day if that is more helpful.

In Namely click on My Timesheets. Next, click on the 3 lines in the top left corner of the timesheet dashboard. On the drop down menu, click on view and select accruals.

Leads indicate an inquiry for a prospective student. Contacts are when a student is officially established and approved with our program.

Make sure all accounts are logged out of other than the school issued email log in

Company wide updates. Birthdays announcements, welcoming new employees, etc.
Place the family on hold by clicking the hold button. Next, click the transfer button and select the department you are needing to warm transfer to. Once you connect with someone, brief them on the situation and click transfer when ready.

When do we cancel a lead?
Reasons to cancel a Lead
The parent/legal guardian request for us to stop calling or they are no longer interested in our program.
The student is under the age of 5 or over the age of 21.
The student lives out of our approved states (CO/AZ).
The lead shows it was duplicated that same day.
