Caregivers/Housekeepers: Navy Blue scrub top with black or blue pants. Nametag. Cell phone
Dining Staff: Black shirt/Black pants. Nametag.

Wednesday: Theme Day or Wear Pink
What do you do if an IL resident is on the floor?
Ask if they would like to us to call family or 911 if they are unable to get up by themselves. We cannot help assist them.

What is the policy for calling in?
Team members must notify their direct supervisor 2 hours prior to their shift whenever they are unable to report for work or know they will be late. They must PHYSICALLY speak with them and not through a text message. They must also use best efforts to find a team member to work their scheduled shift. If you are scheduled for a weekend and call in- YOU WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT WEEKEND.
What do you do if a family member has a complaint?
Ask them if they would like to fill out a Grievance Form.

What should you do if the Fire Panel goes off? Where is the main Fire Panel?
Go to the panel- Read the problem-address the problem- acknowledge.

You cannot post about New Perspective or residents on your social media account. Only trained community leaders can take their picture and post. No Tik Toks at work!
If you are sending a resident out to the hospital- what needs to be sent with them?

How often should you be logging into UKG?
At least once a month. Everyone has annual trainings assigned to them that needs to be completed. If you do not log in on a regular basis, your account will go inactive- and that cause the BOM to have a huge headache! Remember...you get paid to do these trainings!
Training computers are located on 2nd floor, 4th floor, and laptops in Amy's office. Password to get onto computer is Train 123
What does R.A.C.E and P.A.S.S. stand for?
Remove, Alarm, Confine and Extinguish or Evacuate

If you are injured during work- what do you do?
Work comp forms must be filled out BEFORE you leave your shift as well as contact your supervisor.
If you suspect alleged misappropriation, abuse, or neglect, what should you do?
