What is the difference between idle games and gym games?

Idle Games:

It consists of fun activities that can be done during downtime that don’t require any equipment. 

Ex: I spy, telephone


Gym Games

Games that are played together as a group during structure-free play

Ex: Splat, Poisonous dart frog, silent speedball, night in the museum

What is our phone policy?

Phone Policy and Expectations

For the safety of students and supervision, group leaders are not permitted to be on their phones unless signing a student in/out of Rise or for a Rise-related activity. In the event of an emergency, Group Leaders must notify a member of the leadership team. Kids are not permitted to have the phones of group leaders. 


  • Social Media/Photos/Videos - Under no circumstances are Group Leaders permitted to post videos, photos, or any sort of content of Rise/Movement School students to their social media accounts.


  • If a Group Leader is seen to be using their phone inappropriately while clocked in corrective action will be taken.
