I can either ask for some space or move to another area

Go find a quiet spot like the cafeteria to have a break

Get in line, show the staff member your wrist band and then collect your items.
My friends want to go take a break but I want to keep dancing. What do I do?
It is up to you! You can either take a break with them if you feel like you need one, but it is also okay to tell your friends you want to stay in the fieldhouse and enjoy the dance.

Anything but a backpack day
What should I do with my clothes before the dance?
Make sure that my pants/shirt or dress is clean, doesn't have any wrinkles, and fits
What do I do if I'm hungry?
I can go to the food trucks outside to buy food
