The following information is required on attendance rosters
Child's First and Last Name
Child's DOB
Child's Schedule
Bus inspections are completed this often
Weekly
Nothing except the food should be on the table during this time
Meal time
This should be completed after an injury or incident
Incident reports
You can find student work samples, anecdotal notes, goal sheets, and family information sheets in this.
Portfolios
This should be done during each transition of the day to make sure you have all the children in your group
Name to face count
This is the correct procedure for tracking students on the bus

Each age group has a different size of these to make sure the children are getting the proper amount of fluid milk
Cups
I case of an emergency, these should be taken with you
Disaster kit and ETA binder
A required state and SUTQ posting that lists the times and activities the children will participate in

Movie/video
This is the ratio for walking field trips for preschool and school age

Children and teachers should do this when entering the center, before eating food, when returning from physical play, after toileting/diaper changes, after using chemicals, and as needed

This tells us who has allergies

Every bus should have this in case of an emergency

Teachers are to be here during meal times

Many of these are used to determine if the child has any developmental delays
