What are home school students?
One of two actions if a behavior is determined to be caused by a student's disability.
What is conduct an FBA or review/revise exsisting FBA and BIP?
The district's obligation ends when a student reaches this age.
What is 21?
These staff members require direct oversight and supervision from a qualified staff member
What is a paraeducator?
The maximum length of time a student may be placed in an Interim Alternative Education Setting (IAES).

What are 611 and 619 IDEA?
For a student with an IEP, this disciplinary action does not count towards the 10 days resulting in a change in placement, but is considered a suspension.
What is an Exclusion from Bus Transportation?
