List the steps taken to elect a new Pope

Cardinals under the age of 80 gather in the Sistine Chapel to vote. They write the name on the ballot, fold it twice, and say a short remark before placing it ultimately in the chalice. It is then mixed up and read by 3 scrutineers while the others keep a tally. The votes are threaded and burned immediately. Once a Catholic male (usually a Cardinal) recieves a 2/3rds vote, they consent, choose a name, and bless the City of Rome and the world.
