This core value has a lot to do with listening to everyone input and not putting anybody down.
Inclusion
What is the very first step in the engineer design process?
Identify
This core value just showed that even if we weren't doing so well or not doing well, we are around eachother and having a good time.
Fun
What is the second step in the edp?
Designing a prototype
This core value taught us that no one can solo the whole ride and that we had to work with each other to get the job done. " makes the dream work"
Teamwork.
This is the third step in the edp and it has to do a little bit with the second step.
This taught us to learn and keep growing and trying to learn new things like coding, writing etc.
Discovery
This is the fourth step and maybe even the most important step do finding success and only growing.
Iterating
This core value would have a big effect on the sports industry but mostly the volleyball community who would love to have this advice.
Impact
This is the last step and it has to do with talking and sharing other ideas.
