Based off of feedback from staff about continued open positions, Pod 2 explored additional job profiles like CNA and MOA, which has recently become a regional initiative.  Feedback was also gathered from the Float Team about job satisfaction and concentrating on training to a small group of specialty departments rather than all 20-ish departments.
