Go to print chart on main EMR screen, enter patient name or MRN, select view, select vital signs box, select export PDF and print.
How do you enter a new patient into the EMR?
Select another patient’s name, select patient maintenance icon (multiple people), select clear form, enter new patient info and select add patient.
Where in the EMR can you populate a list of all patients who participated in a wellness promotion during a particular month?
In main EMR, select pencil icon, select health indicators, change date range, select in drop down menu health indicator type and select search.
