NOTHING should be stored in cabinets under the sink, and these cabinets should be locked if possible.

Per manufacture guidelines ONLY wipe down with Clorox brand Germicidal Wipes.
The glucometer should be cleaned after each patient use, and be logged in the glucometer

What steps would you take for high risk suicide patient?
Notify provider immediately, continuous direct observation, ensure environment is free of items that could harm patient, consider securing patient's belongings, secure room by removing plastic bags, needles, cords, etc
