fundamental: The second level of getting in sync is to ensure all parties are also in agreement on the content & the right course of action. And, if two parties are not in agreement, this requires you to be open & transparent with what you are thinking vs just confirming you understand what was said.  Said otherwise, being in hard sync at a fundamental level is not just about understanding each other’s opinions but also sharing your opinion if it is different (and then ideally working through those differences). Working through different opinions extends into effective conflict resolution.
