What is a sensory break?
A break where I get access to the sensory room, sensory items, or time to get my sensory needs.
What happens if I break a classroom rule/promise again and again?
I lose something (ie. recess, fun Friday, fun activities)
How can I keep a safe body in and outside of class?
Keep my hands and feet to myself
Walking instead of running
Use a calm voice with my teacher/friends

What is a frustration break?
A break that is needed when I am frustrated and need time to calm down. I can do this by taking a walk, going into the sensory room, taking deep breathes, counting, coloring etc.
What happens if I beak a classroom rule a third time?
My parent will be contacted and I may get a referral
What should you do when you are mad/angry/frustrated?
Ask your teacher for a break
