What is a call block?
Two way conversations, texts or emails made to focus on candidate details, relaying information, onboarding follow up, etc.
What is a connect?
Home page of RecruitCare where you can see goals, KPI's, upcoming ends, active placements, etc.
What is the RecruitCare dashboard?
Tab that estimates your spread based on new HCPS starting and HCP's contracts that are coming to an end
What is starts and ends? (Found under company reporting)
This requisition detail should never be included in any phone call conversations or in messages sent to potential candidates.
What is the bill rate?
The page within PowerBi that contains data in reference to previous & current Maxim applications
What is applicant correspondence?
A two-way conversation completed no more than once per year and MUST include the qualifiers listed within the ROE document.
What is a G2?
A candidate that has never worked with Maxim and is put into full placement is usually marked as this.
What is a new hire?
A one stop shop to find information on positions within our company and can be filtered to specific territories and specialties
What is open positions? (found under recruiter activity)
What is MaxView?
Process where text messages are sent to multiple candidates simultaneously, usually in reference to an open position
What is text/email blast?
A candidate submitted in the system to a position. Matching this same candidate to another position will not count towards this KPI.
What is a unique submission?
This is used to categorize a caregivers work experience and make it easier to find other HCP's within this same field
What is folder group?
Tab that can be useful to track the processing of HCP payroll and timesheets
What is timesheet review? (found under field support - then time and expense)
Team of individuals that help with credentialing and onboarding
What is Field Support?
Sending a candidates profile to a BDM when there is not a position in mind, but seeing if the facility may have a need for them.
What is skill marketing?
Once a candidate completes their Estaff documents, they can then be logged in this status.
What is Offer Made?
A way to mark caregivers in your pipeline for potential interest in future positions
What is a Tag?
Tab that can check on a caregivers paycheck and whether it was sent through direct deposit, check etc and it also gives information on hours worked and pay amount
What is HCP Pay? (Found under healthcare professional management)
Team of individuals that assist with payroll and timesheet processes/issues
What is time and expense?
This search type allows you to combine words and phrases using the words AND, OR, NOT to limit, broaden, or define your search (HINT:often used in Indeed)
What is a Boolean Search?
Asking HCP's questions about the facilities where they have worked (i.e Did x work with any agencies? Is x facility having trouble with staffing?)
What is a lead?
Used when adding in a referral or lead, found under the actions section on an HCP's profile

Tab that can be used to track recruiter spread across multiple weeks
What is staffing spread? (found under company reporting)
This website can be used to find the companies' total amount of active HCP's and the total amount of spread produced within Maxim
