Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom)
2. The third-party meeting requires a total of more than 500 participants (there must be offline participants, pure virtual events do not require CVS approval)
3. The third-party meeting needs to have 5 or more participants from EFPIA countries
