Treadwell is our partner library over at Mass General Hospital. We share our collections, and they run the authentication system. Don’t worry. You’re still in the right place.
True or False: Librarians never meet with students one-on-one?
False, of course. We love meeting with students to talk about their projects and the best ways to find information for them.

Maybe. We have many course textbooks in print at Bellack and as e-books, but not all. Check the Course Reserves page on the library website!

Use our self check-out station at the Library Help Desk. Our collection is completely self-service and on the honor system.
Do you have to come to the library to meet with a librarian?
No. We’re happy to meet with you on Zoom instead.

True!
Other student spaces may be quiet from time to time, but Bellack’s quiet study room is always a quiet space.

100% of our journal subscriptions are online. Head to the Bellack Library website to start exploring.
Why does Bellack have so few books on the shelves?
We actually have lots and lots of books. They’re just mostly online. Our physical collection is mostly textbooks and patient education materials.

Up To Date: it provides summaries of research on clinical topics to support evidence-based practice.

Maybe not. Our small staff of 3 people can’t cover all of the library’s hours. Plus we’re frequently out of the library meeting with people like you to help you find the information you need.
How many times can I meet with a librarian?
There’s no limit. Some projects may require one meeting to get you off and running while others may require a series of meetings.
