They are accountable for establishing Scrum and the environment for success. They guide, coach, teach, and assist the Scrum Team in a proper understanding and use of Scrum.

The essential art of maximizing the amount of work NOT done.

The event in which Scrum Teams inspect and adapt at the end of every development cycle.

This is the complete and valuable work produced by developers during a Sprint. It meets the Definition of Done, and represents a concrete step toward achieving the Product Goal.

These are the people who enable the project, and will receive the agreed upon value from the project.

Continuous attention to technical excellence and good design enhances this.

We exemplify this value when we choose to work together as a unit to achieve our team goals and support each other.
What is Commitment?
The plan by and for Developers to accomplish during the Sprint, represented by Tasks. It is updated throughout the Sprint as more is learned, and should have enough detail that they can inspect progress in the Daily Scrum.
