Currently customers are able to download plans using eTakeoff. (Stack/Planroom are not available in DCC 2.0)

Are we able to find Union projects on this platform?
There is a prevailing wage filter, but DCC 2 does not support specifically filtering on union vs. non-union projects. You can aso do a keyword search for terms to find projects.

DCC 2.0 features a new tool called ITB Inbox. What does this do?
In DCC 2.0, the ITB Inbox holds the user’s Blue Book ITBs (if they connect their Blue Book account) and 3rd party ITBs all in one place.
When will DCC 2.0 be ready to add Analytics products such as BS, MS and SS?
This will be released in Q3 2024.
How can I see my customers usage, saved searches and users. Why can't we emulate them like 1.0?
We can emulate a customer's users in DCC 2 to view that user's saved searches. There is no interface for viewing a customer's or user's usage today. You can see the users on a license in the Admin tool.
When downloading plans in DCC 2.0 - are you able to download individual documents, batches of specific documents and ALL documents similar to DCC 1.0?
There are buttons for downloading all plans, all specs, or all addenda and there is a button on each document to download a specific document. There is no way to select a subset of documents and download just those.

DCC 2 does not currently support access to Busines Intelligence; however, we are working to add that support and it will be available by the end of Q3 2024. Only users who have subscribed to BI will have access to the Spec Rate Report.
How can customers modify their homepage in DCC 2.0 simialr to how they can in DCC 1.0?
They cannot change/modify this like they can in DCC 1.0. The homepage is static and can not be customized

What all sets 2.0 apart from 1.0?
DCC 2.0 offers several enhancements over DCC 1.0, focusing on streamlining and enriching the user experience. Key improvements include the ITB Inbox, which allows users to sign up with their Gmail account to manage bid invitations directly within the platform. The Blue Book Company Search feature helps general contractors find suitable subcontractors from The Blue Book network for their projects. DCC 2.0 also provides a richer Projects by Products experience, allowing users to drill down into projects by manufacturer. Additional filters in DCC 2.0 include pre-bid meeting dates, awarded companies, low bidders, and Blue Book trades. Users can also send ITBs from DRs to manage them seamlessly within the platform. Lastly, DCC 2.0 supports real estate investor use cases, enabling searches for trends and patterns in construction projects. While the differences may seem incremental, they collectively enhance efficiency and usability.
Is there a timeframe for potentially integrating CRM's with 2.0?
No. CRM integration will remain part of the PipeLine functionality. We are working to bring AI into the CRM integration in PipeLine, to learn from CRM opportunity data which projects are "winning" projects for a customer and to recommend more projects like that.

How are the DCC 2.0 projects different than those that appear in BidScope for a BB customer?
Projects in DCC 2 are based on Dodge Reports, which are gathered by Dodge reporters. Reporters follow leads and get information about construction projects through various means, and they validate that they have the correct information about the project through phone, email, or public information on the web. ITBs shown in BidScope are provided by General Contractors using The Blue Book to find subcontractors who can perform work on a project that the GC is bidding/executing.
