What criteria must a student meet to be considered on-target
They must be 0.5-2.5 years behind grade level in reading, conversational in English, have no cognitive IEP, and be K-4.

No- the PPF only needs to have been sent before tutoring begins.

The student is "ready to schedule"
How do we prioritize RP alums for enrollment?
We prioritize those students who increased their percentile rank but are not yet at grade level
How many times can I assess a student?
No more than 2 times
How do I send the PPF?
We send the PPF through Salesforce- you will need to get a list of parent emails from the front office at your site.
What status does a student have when they are paired with a tutor but have NOT had their first session?
They are "scheduled for tutoring"
About how many students per reading center can be off-target?
3-4!
If a student tests off-target and I want to enroll them anyway, what do I do?
You ask your PM and the school liaison for the OK
Is the PPF in other languages than English?
Yes! The PPF has been translated into several languages and can be found on the Library.

They are officially "enrolled"!
