-OM is the only national provider with 150+ offices, claim free virtual, integrated BH, all connected through a single EHR, removing the silos that many of those other solutions that lean toward acute care

I don't handle our employee benefits

Thank you for clarifying that for me. Can you refer me to someone who does manage employee benefits?

OR

No worries, can you tell me about your experience with the benefits being provided?

Why should I pay for all eligible employees when I can reimburse those who want to enroll for consumer memberships?

Key Points:

- Enterprise-specific offerings [Virtual-first, Virtual Therapy and Coaching]

-some of your employees may have extended family members who are seeking options in primary care and providing One Medical as an option, reduces the cost of memberships for each individual in a family, while offering a benefit associated with exceptional satisfaction among our patients.

Our open enrollment is in the fall, please reach out then.

I'm not longer with ABC company anymore

Thank you for clarifying that for me. Are you able to refer me to someone from your previous company that works in HR or that handles employee benefits?

Or how about within your current organization? Is there someone I can speak with about enhancing the benefits package provided to employees?

300

I am not interested right now

Thanks for being direct. Before we go, out of curiosity, are you not interested because you are not experiencing these issues? Am I calling at a bad time? Or is it because you have these issues covered?

What did we do wrong? What has turned you off about ONEM?

300

We only want to offer One Medical to a small subset of our population

Key Points

- ROI is highest with activation and engagement for all eligible lives

- Reporting and analytics only available for employers with 50+ enrollees

300

Why do you use a 25-mile radius to determine eligibility?

We have found that a 25 mile radius encompasses 90%+ of One Medical’s consumer membership base. We recognize that each market is unique and are open to discussions of a smaller or larger radius where appropriate. Additionally, this 25 mile radius aligns with national averages of patient travel for routine and urgent care services.

Can you send something in an email?

I have plenty of information I can send you. I don't want to flood your inbox, though. Can I ask you a few questions to find out what information will be most helpful for you?

OR

Happy to send an email your way. I can also set up a tentative meeting for a couple of weeks to review the information I’m sending and clarify anything for you. I’ll make sure a product specialist is present as well - that way we can dig into the finer details if needed.

400

I've never heard of One Medical, can you explain what the offering is?

Membership-based national primary care practice supporting employers in their efforts to reduce healthcare spend and keep their employees healthy

400

Our employees are burned out with too many apps and point solutions

While One Medical is not intended as a rip and replace solution, many consolidated healthcare services are within our app and we can support a broad variety of services under the primary care umbrella

400

Our benefits mix is good right now!

That’s great! Love to hear that you’re in the minority with this. You know a lot of the people I talk with are struggling with problem X. What are you doing differently that makes it work for you?

500

This sounds interesting, but I'm too busy right now

Thanks for your honesty — I don't want to waste your time or mine until you're ready to make a decision. In the meantime, can I send you any valuable content?

I understand the timing and can circle back when it might be more suitable. Would April work? When’s a good time to reconnect?
