Give an example of a qualitative measurement.

Give an example of a quantitative measurement.

(Something that is opinion based, emotion, etc)

400
Looking at a data table, what are some of the reasons that will determine if I create a line graph or a scatter plot?

A line graph will measure something over time and only have 1 data point per time.

A scatter plot is comparing two variables (that don't have to be time) and the location of the variables doesn't matter.  A scatter plot may have multiple points at a single instance.
