Identify: laundry list of organisation, Engage: meeting has been scheduled/ existing facetime with the organisation POC, Missed: there has been a significant interaction with the POC but is unwilling to engage, Confirmed: significant engagement with the organisation, Onboarded: ECF/ TFI Connect
