What is IWOMM?
This feature allows you to look for any overlapping or related LSRs that might qualify as a copy of the current LSR you conducted the search for. Any previously identified Copies will appear in a listed format after clicking on this .
What is a Duplicate Search ?
This Button in LS Requests Page allows you to open a list of all the fields you can have displayed in your LSR table. You can customize and choose which fields you want visible in your LSR table and even allows the option for multiple Presets!
What is Columns Button ?
This is a specific type of operational requirement is often mandated on a periodic basis by local law.
What is a Report Operational Requirement?
This is what you type in the browser to get to IWOMM landing page
What is iwomm.council.nyc.gov ?
This button is a feature in IWOMM that creates a separate copy of the current page/section of IWOMM that you were in but on a separate window.
What is Open New Tab ?
This button will generate a list of LSRs that not only are assigned to you but are also currently activated either by yourself or another staff/council member.

This is what IWOMM technically stands for. It is often said as a joke by software engineers when new users test their applications.
It has since gone viral as the meme acronym ‘IWOMM’

This Section of IWOMM has features that allow users to look up the profile of any staff or council member by name or filter the list by committee.
Where/what is the Directory?
On the LS Requests Page, this mouse action will allow you to update most fields/columns like the "contact person" for an LSR.
What is Right Click ?
A tracker monitors reports or milestones over all due dates mandated by a law or part of a law.
This button will take you to a page that generates all trackers for you in relation to your committee/s
